SHEIN Children’s Clothing Items
I bought 11 different shein kids clothing items, and the entire cost, including shipping and taxes, was $99.09. My 3-year-old daughter received 5 gowns, and my 10-month-old baby received a variety of tops, bottoms, and rompers. (I should add that by using Swagbucks to shop on Shein.com, I received 5% cash back from my total purchase, reducing the amount I really spent to $94.14)
Butter Yellow Short-Sleeve Dress
Item #1 Butter Yellow Short-Sleeve Dress shein kids for $12.60 has a Peter Pan collar and a ruffled bodice. In person, the dress is a lighter shade of yellow, and the fabric is much thinner than it appears in the SHEIN product photo. Conclusion: 3 out 5 Stars

Extremely Thin Cotton Fabric
Muslin is an extremely thin cotton fabric. Semi-transparent. The stitches are big. Although the smocking on the shirred bodice isn’t of Boden quality, it’s still a charming touch. In person, the embroidered peter pan collar is even cuter. shein kids collars are typically an expensive feature, but you can get lovely skirts and outfits with them for as little as $8. T-strap shoes will look cute with these. Possibly purchase a slip to wear beneath.
Peter Pan Collared Clothing For Dirt Cheap
Although you can buy Peter Pan shein kids collared clothing for dirt cheap, I tend to think that items costing $13 or more are of superior quality, like this denim tiered ruffle dress with a peter pan collar that I’m obsessed with. I may treat myself to this next.
Item #2 is a $10.80 wheat-print dress with short sleeves and teal twill trim at the collar. Even though the garment appears more wheat than peach in person, it is still adorable. Conclusion: 4 of 5 Stars
Review: A Personal Fave
This dress has a lovely retro design and is constructed of heavier, more durable cotton. The stitches are carefully made and tiny. On the yoke collar, the heavier twill cloth in a contrasting color is a really great addition. The gown has no lining. Although I didn’t anticipate it to be, that would have raised my rating by 0.5 stars.
SHEIN Twill Dresses Cost A Little More
Although shein kids twill dresses cost a little more, you often get a thicker, more durable fabric. Obviously, the best way to gauge the quality of a garment is to read the shein kids reviews, which are thorough and useful.
Retro Swing Dress In Blue Floral Print
Item #3 Retro Swing Dress in Blue Floral Print from the 1930s, $9.90. This dress with a classic print blends nicely with the SHEIN brand. Conclusion: 4 of 5 Stars. Review: This dress has a really 1920s and 1930s vibe about it. Retro is my favorite style, and SHEIN has a ton of gowns with a vintage feel.
I’m already planning future quilting and handicraft projects with the fabric because of the amazing print. Although it is semi-transparent, the busy print doesn’t irritate me. I anticipated a thin, airy material. The concealed zipper is an excellent addition. She can wear this into the fall with a jacket and tights.

My daughter still adores this garment after three months. I threw them in the dryer on gentle with a moist washcloth to remove the wrinkles because I detest ironing. The Open Back Is Gorgeous
I would have given this 2.75 stars, but at 2.5 I’m already picking at straws. The open back is gorgeous. Even though the color is considerably darker than it seems online, I really adore it. My daughter can wear this post-summer because of the adorable flutter sleeves and checkered print.
shein kids material is quite thin. Although the stitches are crisp and consistent, they are white and quite huge up close. Other open-back gowns with more structure are available on SHEIN. But then again, at age 3, she doesn’t have many lumps and puckers that bother her.

Although this garment is adorable, I was expecting textured vertical lines since the fabric is described as corduroy. Instead, it feels like thick, silky polyester. The material is substantial and comparatively thick. It has several lovely additional embellishments and is very skillfully crafted.
I would give it a better rating, but the cloth isn’t of 5-star quality, and I believe the bottom hem should have more seam allowance.
